Homemade air fryer Hasselback potatoes have been the new go-to side dish. It’s super easy to make and a perfect side dish for your meal. Hassleback potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes I always order to eat at restaurants. The moment I knew they can be perfectly cooked in an air fryer I couldn’t resist and had to try. So, thought of sharing you guys.

INGREDIENTS

2 medium potatoes
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
½ teaspoon paprika
2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped)
