AMAZING! Thermal Drone Finds Roof Leak Under a Layer of Snow!

We did not know that drones could do this! Our thermal drone was able to detect temperature variations in the snowpack to find out where and why a roof was leaking! Once we knew where the warm spot in the attic was, it was discovered that it was caused by an uninsulated exhaust vent. This cause the snow above the vent to melt, the water ran down the roof until it was stopped in a colder part of the roof where an ice dam formed and cause the water to back up and into the property.
