The Latin alphabet for Dholuo has 22 letters, which include 17 consonants and 5 vowels. The letters Q, V, X, and Z do not appear in the alphabet. The letter “C” appears only in the combination “CH” to represent its sound. There are 9 other special consonant groups made from combinations of other letters
