VEGAN MEALS FOR BEGINNERS: What I Eat in a Day & Tips for You!

Vegan meals for beginners! Today I wanted to share with you what I eat in a day and my vegan meals + give you tips on how to put together the best, healthiest, and most delicious vegan meals.
Putting together vegan meals isn't hard. My main tip is to structure your vegan meals around whole carbohudrates. That may seem super scary to you, but I want you to know that carbs are great for you, if they are coming from whole food sources!
Don't lump all carbohydrates into one category: sweet potatoes and white bread are super different. If you lean on whole food carbs, you'll feel amazing and get to your ideal weight too.

RECIPES:
✨SMOOTHIE BOWL:
Flax seeds
Navitas superfood boost (optional)
Lots of greens
Frozen bananas
Frozen cherries
Turmeric
Black pepper
Soy milk
Topped with: frozen cherries, fresh cherries, fresh mint, mulberries
✨SUSHI BOWL:
Brown rice
Edamame
Purple cabbage seasoned with brown rice vinegar + wasabi salt
Avocado
Cherry tomatoes
Bell pepper
Snow peas
Purple sweet potato + Japanese sweet potato
Wakame
Homemade pickled ginger (thinly sliced ginger marinated in apple cider vinegar and date sugar; I have kept it in my fridge for ages and have used it many times over and over)
Wildbrine Sriracha
Foods Alive black sesame seeds
