Clark sessions for beginners with an immersive ride to understand the complications to a simple game of choreography. A regular platform where Bike fitted beginners showcase their biomechanics in a controlled scripted environment for a more lasting solution instead of frustrating theoretical "How To's" on social media. Everyone is invited to join regardless of your bike or skill level. At the end of each ride, a game of chase keeps the anticipation alive for the next sessions and today's game ends on a top of a 500 foot hill maxing at 11% grade.
Real Talk briefly exposes the strengths and weaknesses of Bikefitting only compared to a more holistic solution of Bikefitting dictated by Biomechanics.
