The Sting was an all time classic. Not quite a thriller, not quite a drama but it had elements of almost everything. George Roy Hill’s great direction was only superseded by a fantastic & layered script. The film had amazing performances (from Paul Newman, Robert Redford and Robert Shaw), a memorable score but most impressively, the unexpected twists and turns that you never see coming. This is an easy recommendation and I’ll definitely be re-watching this movie!
