Adhesive Application: Applies adhesive to the spine of the book block and attaches a cover, resulting in a clean, professional finish with a flat spine. Commonly used for paperback books, magazines, and catalogs.
Clamp System: The number of clamps (6 in this case) securely holds pages in place during binding, ensuring alignment and tight compression.

Preparation: Pages are collated and arranged in the correct order to form the book block.
Book Block Feeder Unit: Inserts sorted book blocks into clamps for secure holding during the binding process.
Milling: Roughens the spine edge of the book block to improve glue adhesion.
Glue Application: Applies hot adhesive evenly to the spine edge, with side glue systems for additional grip. Equipped with a glue application control system.
Cover Feeder: Auto-feeds pre-printed covers into position, ensuring precise alignment with the book block.
Nipping & Delivery Station: Applies pressure to the spine and cover for a tight bond, removes excess glue, and delivers the bound books
