Karen Read: Does the Evidence Prove a Conspiracy in Boston?

Right now it is the rage on the Internet to stand behind Karen Read as being innocent of hitting her boyfriend with her vehicle and causing his death. It is claimed by the defense and YouTuber named Turtleboy that Karen Read is being framed, that her boyfriend was beaten in the house of a fellow police officer and his body dragged outside on the lawn to die in the snow and cold. And, lucky for the killer, the fellow partygoers at the house and the police and prosecutors have his back and are lying and planting evidence to frame Karen Read for his death.

Is there a possibility this is true or does the evidence so far support the prosecution?
