Spring Maize is cultivated from December to March (almost 3 months)throughout country depending on regional atmosphere. Some Varieties are suitable for early sowing,some perform better in middle sowing,some are for late sowing and a few are recommend for whole season.
Each hybrid perform will in certain sowing time and weather conditions, so it is necessary to sow a particular hybrid according to his certain environment and time to get maximum yield.If we plant a early variety in late sowing or vice versa then it results in failure.
This video is all about seed selection for late cultivation of spring corn.There are mainly two late varieties DK9108(Dekalb) and Surhkhab (Pioneer) are highly recommend for late sowing because both of these have the ability to resistant against worm weather and drought condition.
