Alta Lofts, Lincoln Heights. History, architecture, real estate values

With this video, I'm starting out something very near and dear to my heart, ambitious project that excites me and keeps me up at night at the same time. And I can't wait to share it with you.

I've always been interested in history and architecture of our city, and of course in real estate in all of its forms. It took me a while to realize that on the intersection of all of those things is something called adaptive reuse.

And that is what I'm going to be talking about in a near future. Buildings that undergone this process. Stories, as they relate to buildings and more importantly - to people that designed them, brought them back to life and to those who enjoys living in them right now.

I'm very excited to start this journey, and the very first building that I'm going to talk about is going to be Alta Lofts in Lincoln Heights. Please share your thoughts on this initiative, on its execution and come participate with this project in many ways possible! Of course I am here to help you buy and sell real estate in those buildings, including Alta Lofts, but my interests go way beyond that, and I hope this video would clearly show you that.
