Thank you to this lovely patient who shared her results with her upper blepharoplasty and brow lift.
One of my favorite things to do is combine a brow lift with an upper blepharoplasty. In my technique, I connect my brow incision with my bleph incision and lift both of these areas as a unit. I find this creates a much more natural look and patients can look better sooner! When patients do isolated, upper blepharoplasty or remove the extra skin from the eye, often times, it pulls down their brow.
