While I am spending time in the Russian countryside, I've decided to cook something in a true rustic wood stove - CHEBUREKI! Chebureki is a deep-fried turnover with a filling of ground or minced meat and onions. Chebureki is a national dish of Crimean Tatar cuisine and it's obe of the most popular street foods in Russia. Let's make it with me and learn Russian vocabulary for food products and cooking :)
