Manzanita Burl that was burned in a fire we had some time ago. Hard to say if this guy was burned a couple years ago or 50 years ago. They don’t rot. Just sit there for many years. When they wash up on our beach I pick them up and take them home for a future project. You never know what might be inside of a Burl. You just have to start turning and hopefully find a beautiful bowl.
