STEPS:
1. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint background with black
2. 1/2 inch bristle and #1 round brushes - Paint stars with white
3. 1/2 inch bristle brush - Paint atmosphere colors with blue, pink, yellow/orange and green
4. 1/2 inch bristle and #1 round brushes – Paint more stars with white
5. chalk, paper plate, #12 round brush – Draw and paint moon with black and white
6. chalk – Draw outline of people
7. #1 round brush - Paint people with black and white
8. #1 round brush - Sign with black
