Because Dr. K from Healthy Gamer has been making a bunch of videos about the Puer Aeternus archetype, I decided to make a video about it as well.

And often times, when we talk about someone being a Puer or Puella, this refers to people who have an archetypal possession of the Puer Aeternus Archetype.

I'll also share the over-active and under-active unhealthy expressions of this archetype... where one either has a repressed Puer Aeternus or a possessing Puer Aeternus.

Then, I talk about what the healthy expression of the Puer is... particularly when integrated with the Warrior archetype.

And finally I talk about how to integrate this archetype in terms of what practical shifts must be made relative to your mindsets and values.
