How to repair or replace Audi A4 front wiper mech

How to repair slow wipers on a 2005 B7 Audi A4 Estate S line / Seat Exeo 2.0 TDI. Common issue , the front wiper mech seizes up and the wipers operate slowly. This guide can also be used to replace the front wiper mechanism or motor.
