The SIE Fund engages intermediaries as strategic partners, one of which being the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. The Council’s CEO Hoi-wai Chau highlights that an intermediary acts as a bridge to let the government understand the situations facing social ventures and to help venture owners get to the core of social issues.
