Welcome to Divine Self Hypnosis for this Astral Projection Guided Meditation based on The Monroe Technique with Binaural Beats using The Schumann Resonance and Rain Sounds. Robert Monroe discovered that an induced state of trance could occur by using two different sound waves with slightly different frequencies in the left and right ear to entrain brain waves. Monroe found that these slightly different sound waves cause the brain to create a third sound wave of its own called the binaural beat that encourages various changes in brain wave activity. This means you can use binaural beats to entrain your mind to reach a certain state of being, such as creating the conditions for an out of body experience.
