About the Speakers:
1. Tushar Giri is a practicing advocate at the High Court of Delhi as well as the Supreme Court. He is also a founding partner of ‘Kalp Law’, a dispute resolution law firm based in Delhi. His practice area encompasses all kinds of litigation matters but majorly he deals with cases relating to Constitutional and Administrative Law, Environment Law, and Criminal Law.
2. Neeraj Bhardwaj is a practicing advocate at the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi as well as various District Courts, Tribunals, and Forums. He is a Partner at ‘Lex Lumos, Advocates and Solicitors LLP’. He is also currently assisting Advocate Anil Grover, Sr. Additional Advocate General, State of Haryana/Additional Advocate General, State of Assam/Standing Counsel, NDMC/Special Public Prosecutor, CBI.
