Bordering the U.S. state of Washington, the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia follows the Okanagan River through several large lakes, and is known for its sunny climate, dry landscapes, lakeshore communities, and particular lifestyle. It's one of Canada's primary agriculture regions, focused primarily on fruit orchards and over 200 vineyards producing the famed Okanagan Valley wines. Come with us RV camping in the South Okanagan as we explore the region, visit the communities of Penticton, Osoyoos and Okanagan Falls, tour a functioning grist mill that dates to 1877, watch a heritage steam train cross a 238 foot-high bridge and trestle, hike to a beautiful waterfall, and of course sample some of the region's exceptional wines.
