Hi! ☆ It's Tara, and today I have a 11 minute alaap in the glorious morning Raag Bhairav, performed with Tanpura in G. Listen with headphones during your yoga, meditation, breathwork practice or any time you want to recenter and realign yourself. It is also amazing used as an NSDR meditation or nervous system regulation 💗
This is an improvised musical piece, using the tradition of Dhrupad and the raag of Bhairav as guidance and inspiration. Gratitude to my Guru Shahana Dattagupta and all musical channels she has allowed me to access.
