John Chapter 9 explores the miracle Jesus did at the pool of Siloam when he opened the eyes of the man born blind. The religious Pharisees were indignant that Jesus healed on the Sabbath, but the man gained a new faith to believe in Jesus as the Messiah and the healing light of the world.

“Then the man said, ‘Lord, I believe,’ and he worshiped him.” John 9:38 NIV

Like the man who was healed, the pain you’re currently experiencing may have nothing to do with your sin or someone else’s. No matter the cause, God can glorify Himself as He opens your eyes to His healing light and frees you from sin, pain and shame.

Jesus is the light of the world. You can walk in that light and not have spiritual blindness.
