Hey loves! In this video I will be going over some Eyeshadow Do's and Dont's when it comes to getting the most pigment out of your eyeshadow colors. Especially with spring and summer coming up, many people are looking to wear more colorful bright eyeshadows and some of you, including those with medium and deep skintones, have asked how I get mine to look more pigmented.
