In this video, Cycle Monkey founder Neil walks you through the sprocket removal and installation process for the Rohloff SPEEDHUB 500/14.
You will need the following tools, all of which are available at the Cycle Monkey online store (store.cyclemonkey.com).
One new sprocket (unless you are reversing the old sprocket)
One Rohloff sprocket remover tool
One 24mm wrench, adjustable wrench, or vice
One chain whip
Grease
