For a couple of years in the late 90s filmmakers became fascinated by unique trend. A trend that only existed for a couple a years, a trend that was deeply rooted in it's time period. Office movies. Movies about how working a boring, yet stable and well paying job, is crushing the soul of their protagonists. Office Space, Fight Club, The Matrix, American Psycho all embody this trend. So join me as we delve into the world of windowless offices, obnoxious bosses, and corporate rebellion.
