How To Build a CAPE COD COLONIAL Like a Nerd - Base Game In-Depth Sims 4 Building Tutorial

Come build a Cape Cod Colonial with me! The Cape Cod originated in, believe it or not, the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts and was first built in the 1690s. This style has spread across New England and the entire US, and is one of the most iconic subtypes of the Colonial family. Hallmarks of this architectural style include one and a half stories with small dormers, white siding and black shuttered windows, and a more open floorplan than most of its Colonial cousins. I go into how to fit this base architectural style into any world toward the middle of the video, but any world that has Colonial influences will be a perfect fit without modifications.
