For Australia Day Patrick an Aussie friend and viewer asked me to make a Spicy Buffalo Wings video with a Blue Cheese Dip.

Well here is that fantastic Dip, which is the perfect accompaniment for those delightful Chicken wings which will be in my next Video.

You will Need

For the Mayonnaise
250ml / 1 cup of Canola Oil
1 Egg
1 tablespoon of Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar
Black Pepper
Salt
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
3/4 of a teaspoon Sugar

For the Dip
1 Cup / 250 ml of Mayonnaise
3/4 of a cup / 200 ml of Sour Cream
100g / 3.5 oz of Blue Cheese
Chopped Chives
Black Pepper
