Leaskspec RB26 Oil Pan Modification Guide

This is a long one.. but it's a multi-purpose video. This video is intended to be a good tool to help those that want to perform the fabrication portion of the pan extension install. This video is also intended to help give you, the customer, an idea of what goes into this process. I will walk you through all the steps, from laying the template lines to pressure testing the sump assembly. If there's something you feel I haven't covered or that you have questions about please don't hesitate to ask, there's things that maybe seem automatic to me that I have missed.

I offer the entire installation for $1,450, that will be turnkey. It includes the sump extension, all plugs, the fabrication and the pressure testing. For those that wish to have vapor blasting performed (this will require the final drive to be removed and rebuilt due to media) the cost is usually around $750 depending on how bad the pan condition is. I can arrange to have your final drive rebuilt post vapor blasting and fabrication if you wish, this service typically runs around $1,450 depending on any fluctuation in pricing for seals and bearings. For those that have the final drive apart I highly recommend upgrading to an LSD, I offer ATS carbon LSD upgrades and currently the pricing is very competitive in accordance to where the yen sits. And finally, for those that are running higher horsepower cars I offer a very nice differential brace from Gearhead Diffs that helps support the front diff under hard driving and launches.
