Obito, when transplanting Itachi’s eyes into Sasuke also transplants some Hashirama cells.Sasuke wins against Naruto and forcefully takes away the Nine tales from him and seals it, into himself effectively becoming the Nine tails Jinchuraki. Naruto dies due to this.
Sasuke, disgusted with the Ninja World, decides to leave it all behind. He pools the chakra from all the 9 Tailed beasts and channels it through his Rinne-Sharingan to create a Dimensional Portal that can leave the confines of that Dimension. Sasuke took a leap of faith and went through it reaching the Harry Potter Universe. The Will of the World of the HP universe tried to stop this but couldn't, so it decided to seal Sasuke’s Rinne-Sharingan as it could feel a threat from it. Sasuke who was now stuck in that universe with only his chakra decided to live over there from now on as he didn't have a choice in the matter nor a way out.
He found out about Wizards and integrated perfectly in normal Society. He decided that he would be Mercenary from then on out. Due to him arriving in HP Universe during the end of Voldemort Reign, he was hired often and with his Ninjutsu which people believed was Magic he was becoming Famous. He always kept his identity a Secret.
When Harry was 2, Vernon, who didn't like Harry, abandoned him in front of a House. Sasuke, who was aware that someone was in front of his house, was startled when he saw a grown man abandon a child in front of his house. He used genjutsu on him and found out everything about the situation. Sasuke, whose heart had grown soft due to Harry’s circumstance being the same as him, decided to adopt him.
Dumbledore found out about this and investigated Sasuke’s background. He learns about Sasuke’s Mercenary work but finds that he was capable so let it be as it was his fault to begin with. Harry, who found someone who took care of him, lived happily with his adoptive father.
