Safety Precautions for Riders:
1. Always check the condition of your bike.
2. Use standard helmets/crash helmets.
3. Use basic safety gears-shoes, long pants, riding jackets/jersey, riding gloves.
4. Use colorful vests/clothes when riding.
5. Always do defensive driving.
6. Always obey traffic rules and regulations.
7. Respect your fellow riders and authorities.
8. Drive according to your capacity and ability and more importantly-
9. Don't forget to pray before your Ride.

Kumusta po kayong lahat mga kabarako? Biyahe ulit tayo pa Bicol. Tamang-tama at makapag-update tayo sa mga kundisyon ng mga kalsada para sa darating na December Christmas break and New Year. Magtry tayo ng alternate na daan pauwi ng Partido Area sa ride na ito. Let's gowww!!!
Day 1
Point of Origin: Manggahan, Pasig City
Point of Destination: Gaongan, Sipocot, Camarines Sur
Estimated time of departure: 5:31 a.m.
Estimated time of arrival: 6:45p.m.
Day 2
Point of Origin: Gaongan, Sipocot, Cam. Sur
Point of Destination: Sta. Cruz, San Jose, Camarines Sur
Estimated time of departure: 7:13 a.m.
Estimated time of arrival: 11:45p.m.


Total estimated distance: 443 kilometers
Motorcyle used: Yamaha Nmax 155 V1
Some helpful tips:
1. Magsuot ng tamang gears sa biyahe. Madaling makapaso ang sobrang init ng araw sa mga exposed na parts ng katawan. Magbaon din ng kapote at iba pang pang laban sa ulan.
2. Planuhin ng mabuti ang ating biyahe. Maging prepared physically and mentally.
3. Follow the traffic signs and early warning signs.Maraming one-way traffic scheme.
4. Stay hydrated. Ugaliing uminom ng maraming tubig.
5. Marami pong mga uneven na kalsada along Atimonan, Lopez, Gumaca and Calauag Quezon, Sipocot-Libmanan, Camarines Sur. Madilim sa mga nasabing lugar kayo doble ingat po tayo.Marami ring mga one way traffic scheme kaya expect moderate to heavy traffic. Mabuhangin din ang mg parte ng mga kalsada na nabanggit.
6. Maraming portions ng Libmanan, Pamplona, Milaor, Camarines Sur ang under construction ang mga kalsada. Tamang takbo lamang para maiwasan ang aksidente. Ingat po tayo sa magkabilaan na parte ng mga kalsada at maraming mga butas.
7. Ingat tayo sa mga buses mula Libmanan, Camarines Sur. Sobrang dilim sa mga lugar na ito. Tumabi po tayo kapag inilawan tayo ng bus or malalaking sasakyan para iwas aksidente.
