Employer of the Year: Brats Day Nursery

We are pleased to announce Brats Day Nursery (Corby) as the winner of the ‘Employer of the Year’ award for 2022.

Brats Day Nursery has been established in childcare for over 30 years, with childrens’ ages ranging from 3 months to 5 years old. Its thirteen members of staff provide a fantastic quality of care, with finger-print recognition technology for security, a 5* Food Hygiene Rating, an on-site defibrilator and all-staff training in pediatric first-aid. Brats has a close relationship with YMCA, with 24 apprenticeship learners to date. Brats offers their apprentices fantastic individual support, training and personal investment – usually offering permanent positions to apprentices once they have completed their learning.
