Snow runner G27 disconnect and reconnect randomly

Snow runner randomly disconnects and reconnects controllers keyboards and mouses I have been trying to figure out the problem for about a week now. Used to Play back be for season 3 was out and had no problems than. Was wanting to play now and this is happening. Just installed a new motherboard and CPU and was have some problems with the mouse and keyboard turn on and off at random. reinstalled window and that has fix that problem, but now with the g27 I get these problems. Tried Mudrunner and had no problems but tried ATS (American truck sim) same problem.

I have removed G hub and till have the same problem with or without g hub.

Motherboard - MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus
Ram - Corsair 8gb @ 1196.1 MHz (x2)
GPU - GTX 1050 Ti
Power - Corsair 750w
CPU is water colded
