The Arvin model 51Y23-13 was made for attaching to your bicycle handlebars so you could ride around in style listening to your favorite tunes on the radio. This radio came to me in a 'group' buy and was not working due to batteries that had been in the radio for who knows how many years. But fortunely, the fix was not that hard.
