Ingredients:
3 eggs (small size)
200 g sugar
80 ml vegetable oil
160 ml milk
2 squeezed orange juice
350 g All purpose flour
Grated zest of one orange
16 g baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
• In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy
•Slowly add the vegetable oil, milk, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix well.
•Add the grated orange zest and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
•In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Slowly add this mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and gently mix until just combined.
•Pour the mixture into a baking tray and spread it evenly.
•Bake in a preheated oven at 170degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes
•Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan.
•Serve and enjoy your delicious orange cake
