Monalsa Red is very beautiful variety of Bougainvillea, it normally had three varieties Red, Orange and yellow. Monalisa is sensitive variety like Kayata so during winter seasons its leaves become yellow and drops down. @MamaEarthGarden1972 Thumb rule for bougainvillea less water especially sensitive variety like this water only when upper two inches soil layer is dry, give less water only to moist the soil dont overload pot with water els plant will die. @mamasoboliha
Monalisa identification is easy leaves are dark green and little curl at the ends, can make this variety bushy easily, but hard pruning should be done only before rainy season. @MamaEarthGarden1972
