Another video on the rusty 1998 Classic Mini Cooper Sportspack @PocketRocketGarage
In this video I need to fit the brand new Heritage Scuttle Panel and Heritage upper Dash Rail, but to do this I must cut away a huge amount of rusty metal from the top of the original Bulkhead
From this I will attempt to fabricate a repair section from some fresh metal and then I can weld the 3 layers of metal together, many holes to drill and of course plenty of plug welds
This will be the most complicated repair I have attempted to date so give the video a watch and let me know what you think in the comments
