Destiny 2's Lore and Story from Heresy Act 2 has brought a crisis of faith to the memory of Oryx contained in the Echo of Navigation. After Savathun told him the truth about The Witness's lies and how The Hive were meant to recieve The Light, Oryx has become dejected and is planning on returning to Fundament to investigate for himself. The lies of the Books of Sorrow have been laid bare, and all the while a shadowy new threat is rising in the background.
