Upgrading An "Upgrade": 👋🏻12v Fridge, Hello Residential! (Testing At Van Buren SP)

In this episode of Wandering Wagners we finally stop complaining and upgraded our "upgraded" RV refrigerator! Out with the #dometic Dometic 12V fridge, and in with the HotPoint residential fridge ‪@hotpointappliances2713‬ we bought from ‪@lowes‬ . Since we replaced the original fridge in our 2020 ‪@NEXUSRV‬ Wraith 34W, we were well versed on how to replace it again. This residential fridge was also much cheaper, little lighter, and very efficient! After replacing the fridge we waited a week or so and it was all good, so we went out on our first trip with fingers crossed this fridge wouldn't let us down. We went to one of our favorite ‪@OhioStateParks‬ campgrounds, Van Buren State Park, in Van Buren Ohio. Since they've re-done the sites here it is WAY more busier than we like but nothing we can do about that. We hiked, enjoyed campfires and even watched our Niece Hailey lift at ‪@USAWeightlifting‬ National Championships that were held in Colorado Springs, CO where she placed 2nd and brought home 2 silver medals and 2 additional medals for going 6 for 6 lifts!

Time will tell if this fridge lasts longer but fingers crossed it does. In the future we will likely go straight to a residential fridge vs a 12v, or a 2 way RV fridge since we will likely always have an amazing ‪@VictronEnergyBV‬ Inverter and ‪@Redodopower‬ battery bank with solar on board.
