Eggs are a good and nutritious food but should you eat 4 eggs a day every day? In my opinion, no you shouldn't. Get my 2 salient reasons why you shouldn't eat 4 eggs per day in this short video presentation.
Regardless of whether you get your eggs from a farmer's market or whether the eggs are organic having been raised with good nutrition, eating 4 eggs a day is certainly not good for your cardiovascular health.
Some people have eggs for breakfast others who are fasting skip breakfast and have their eggs for lunch. It really doesn't matter when you eat your eggs - morning, afternoon or night. Having so may eggs, in this case 4 eggs every day is bad for your health.
One fried egg supplies you with 185 mg of cholesterol and when you have 4 eggs in one eating session, that equates to 740 mg of cholesterol. The amount of cholesterol in omelette is higher - 191 mg per egg meaning 4 eggs will translate to 764 mg of cholesterol.
Even one poached egg still supplies you with 185 mg of cholesterol which is still a lot of cholesterol when you eat 4 poached eggs per day.
A reasonable number of eggs to eat will be 2 eggs a day. Even then I still wouldn't advise you eat 2 eggs every day. Is eating 4 eggs per day healthy? No, it isn't. Is 4 eggs per bloke per day healthy? No, it isn't. You can eat 4 eggs if you want to but just don't do it often. Watch the video to find out why eating 4 eggs daily is not a healthy habit.
