This has to be one of the greatest cemeteries that I have ever explored. I was not looking for it and almost passed it on the county road. It is on a tall hill that is surrounded by cornfields. There is a very long lane to enter which takes you up the hill to a central monument. There, a statue of a Civil War soldier whose gaze looks east back down the lane. I walked the plots and used the camera in a effort to get the feel of this historic cemetery. It is very well kept and is a tribute to the local community.
