Graham declared the Croque Monsieur the best he’s ever had. CK devoured a cochon sandwich on a baguette, still warm from the oven. And Chef Orphée? He personally greeted every guest and asked for feedback. Pure charm.

The highlight? Mademoiselle Yuzu, a delicate East Asian–inspired take on a French meringue tart that beautifully bridges Seattle and Paris on a plate. We shared it… but just barely.
