Land Cruiser Fuel Pump Replacement | Rusted Bolts Fix

If your Toyota Land Cruiser fuel pump is failing or you’re dealing with rusted fuel pump bolts, this video shows the full process of repair and replacement. I remove the old unit, drill out broken bolts, re-tap the threads, and install a brand new OEM Denso Supra TT fuel pump along with a fresh fuel level sending unit and gasket for a proper vapor-tight seal.

This is on my 80 Series Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80 (1FZ-FE) project, but the process applies to many Land Cruiser models with similar fuel tank assemblies. If you’ve struggled with seized or rusted bolts, this video will help you get your truck running reliably again.
