I would like to point out an OOC moment that Zeynep would never fall asleep watching over Cüneyd. But rather stay awake and watch him or if she is tired she would probably sleep in another room. I added this scene as Cüneyd hasn't seen Zeynep sleep but she has on numerous occasion.

Even though it's confirmed Zeynep and Cüneyd spent the night together when his memory came back. They didn't show us anything other than through other characters that was the case and the scene switches to them on the highway... so...
