This 2001 Intimidator Camaro is a collectible for eternity. This is not only a GMMG car but also a car that Dale Earnhardt helped design himself. Plans for production of these cars quickly came to an end after Earnhardt's unexpected passing. Only 83 were released to the public and of the 83, only 33 were actually autographed by Dale Earnhardt. This is car #7 of 83 which commemorates Dale's 7-time championship wins throughout his career. Rolling in at only 355 original miles! It also was ordered new from the legendary Berger Chevrolet out of Grand Rapids Michigan which at that time was Chevy's number one dealer nationwide!

EXTERIOR: Onyx black paint in great condition just like it rolled off the showroom floor! The top of the roof does have some bubbling starting under the paint that was a common flaw on the non T-Top cars. These Intimidator SSs were fitted with Magnetallic grey hood stinger and deck lid stripe, Magnetallic 17” American Racing wheels, and aluminum grill insert with a 67 style SS badge.

INTERIOR: Leather/ vinyl ebony interior is spotless, just like new! Optioned when ordered new was the preferred equipment group that gave you cruise control, full power interior including driver seat, bucket seats, rear defogger, and monsoon premium sound stereo. The Intimidator package gave you exclusive badging as well as a numbered plaque on the dash! Take a look at the white backed speedometer cluster and you will see Dale Earnhardt's actual autograph signed in sharpie! 1 of only 33 cars that he signed before his passing! Exclusive to the Intimidator package is the short throw shifter.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood you'll find the exclusive hopped up LS1 5.7L v8 that was powered to 381HP 400 lb ft torque! These numbers have significance to Dale Earnhardt. Also upgraded with the intimidator package was the Dale Earnhardt intake. The engine is mated to a 6 speed manual transmission. The engine bay is spotless and in showroom condition.

TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The rear trunk is a glass hatch, Pop it and you'll find all the memorabilia and documents that come with the intimidator SS. Original dealer documents, window stickers, intimidator jacket and hats! This truly is a fully documented car and is not missing a thing for you collectors!

UNDERSIDE: underneath is like new, all the factory markings still in place. These Intimidator SSs were equipped with progressive rate Dale Earnhardt suspension, GMMG chambered exhaust, and 4wheel disc brakes with ball milled rotors.
