I've found my dream watercolour set! Paul Rubens neon watercolour review ✨

I absolutely love using neon art supplies so I was stoked to find this set of opera watercolour paints from Paul Rubens.

In this video I'll be swatching all the shades, setting up a new palette and painting a portrait. I will also be overusing the word obsessed... I get nervous y'all and I find a word and stick with it I guess!
