I am a practising social worker in adult social care. Over the past few years, I have kept a record of questions and answers for interviews. These have helped me to secure the roles I want by providing a framework to feel more prepared and confident. I have created this series of videos to support others in getting the job they want in social work.
I am a trained social worker and therefore have a working knowledge of the law as it applies to my area of practice in adult social care. However, please do not use the information I have shared without checking this alongside 1st hand sources.
This may include looking at the Care Act 2014 that can be accessed via the link below and by looking at the most up to date Care Act statutory guidance. I have also listed resources that have helped me.
