Giveaway Rules

I (@chantrascratchnspin) am the only person who is associated with this giveaway.

Must be 18 or older at the time of the giveaway to participate. proof of age may be required to claim the prize.

YouTube, google, and its affiliates are not responsible for this giveaway or any contest on the @chantrascratchnspin channel and you must release them from all liabilities.

How to enter: on selected livestreams, i will enter the top 10 in the chat, from YouTube’s top fans. I will compile all the top fans for the end of the month supporter livestream.

additional giveaways for members & donators.

only one entry per household and only one account per person. If I suspect that individuals are entering with multiple accounts, i reserve the right to disqualify the entry and any wins. (exceptions will be made for individuals on two accounts and both accounts are channel members (not subscribers) and other exceptions will only be made with prior notification/approval.

This giveaway is free to enter, however, channel members and channel donators will be entered into a separate giveaway.

Members: I will have an additional giveaway for all the active member for the month.

Channel donations: via super chat, super stickers, or gifted membership will receive 1 entry $1 per dollar donated.

1 gifted membership will count as $5 donation.

I am not affiliated with the Washington state lottery or any state lottery.

Unless otherwise stated verbally or written, winners must be present during the giveaway and when their name is announced. if you’re announced, you will receive a 15-second countdown to respond. unresponsiveness due to inattentiveness, internet failure, or any other reason will be considered as not present and forfeiture of the prize.

Winners during end of month giveaway do not have to be present but will have 48 hours to email me to claim prize

I reserve the right to make adjustments as needed and all decisions made by me (@chantrascratchnspin) will be final.

If I play a ticket for you as a prize, the ticket is the property of the channel. you do not win the ticket; you only win the allotted prize if the ticket is a winner.

If the ticket is a winner, all wins over $10 will be split with channel and winner equally up to $500, meaning the maximum anyone can win per livestream is $250.

I do not ship any items internationally due to the excessive cost of shipment. winners of non-cash prizes must live in the us (48 lower states) to receive prizes and email me with your mailing address. if you live outside the United States, you can make arrangements to pay additional shipping costs or forward your prize to a channel member who resided in the lower 48 states.

My commitment ends with the proof of shipment. I am not responsible for lost packages, customs, non-delivery or returned items. if items are lost or returned, I will not re-ship items because of their limited nature.

Winners must email me at [email protected] within 48 hours of the end of the live stream for confirmation.

I will winners with by giving you a three-digit comment code if we have not exchanged e-mail correspondence. I will also confirm age, address, and cash app information to claim the prize.

I will only payout via cash app or super chat only. if you do not have cash app or the ability to accept super chats, it will be forfeited to the channel after 48 hours.

Failure to email me to claim the prize will be considered a forfeiture and channel donation.

Email verification/comment code will be needed to confirm win.

Personally identifiable information, if needed will not be shared on the chat and any information obtained via email will be used to issue prizes only and will not be shared.
