HCP Waypoint is an internal developer platform (IDP) designed to enable platform teams to define golden patterns and workflows to empower developers to self-serve infrastructure dependencies. It provides developers with self-service capabilities using Terraform Cloud by pre-defining Terraform modules and automating the execution of them. It also provides a way for platform teams to expose operations such as build, deploy, and toggling feature flags to developers.
