肛瘘诊断其实很简单，可以在肛门周围的皮肤上看到一个外口，它表现是什么样呢？一般皮肤上面会有一个凹陷，或者皮肤上有一个突起，而且有消炎，有时候挤可流脓，且摸的时候，可以从外口向肛门方向摸到瘘管，但有的人瘘管比较深，摸不到的话可以有好多诊断的方法，比方B超或者是照片子，或者是其他的方法，都能够诊断清楚诊断；但是我们看到的最简单的，肛门周围可看到一个瘘口突起，而且可以摸到一个硬的管通向肛门里面，就可以诊断为肛瘘。
