Čokoladne sirove kocke od indijskih oraščića 🍫
Znate one dane kad nešto započnete s planovima, a onda se sve preokrene? Tako su nastale ove čokoladne kocke. Ideja je bila napraviti maslac od indijskih oraščića, ali moj blender očito nije bio raspoložen za suradnju. 😅 Umjesto kremastog maslaca, dobila sam brašno od oraščića. I znate što? Nije ni važno, jer su ove čokoladne kocke ispale baš ukusne!
Jednostavne, bez pečenja.
Umjesto indijskih možete korisiti orah 🌿
•Sastojci•
170g brašna od indijskih oraščića
60g sirupa od datulja (ili datulja/meda)
100g zobenih
2 žlice kakao praha
70ml biljnog mlijeka
40g sirupa od datulja (ili datulja/meda) - po ukusu
Sve sastojke ubacite u blender ili multipraktik i miksajte dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smjesu. Ako vam se čini da je previše suha, dodajte još malo biljnog mlijeka ili sirupa od datulja ako vam nije dovoljno slatko. Smjesu zatim prebacite u manji kalup (20x20 cm) obložen papirom za pečenje, dobro utisnite i poravnajte površinu, pa stavite u hladnjak dok pripremate preljev

70g tamne čokolade
50g glatkog kikiriki maslaca
Na pari ili u mikrovalnoj otopite čokoladu i kikiriki maslac, pa smjesu dobro promiješajte dok ne postane glatka. Prelijte preljev preko ohlađene baze i ponovno stavite u hladnjak dok se preljev potpuno ne stisne. Narežite na željene oblike i uživajte! Savršene su za trenutke kad trebate nešto slatko, a želite iskoristiti ono što imate pri ruci. Tko bi rekao da improvizacija može biti ovako fina? 😋

Raw Chocolate Cashew Squares 🍫
You know those days when you start with a plan, but everything takes a different turn? That’s exactly how these chocolate squares came to life. The idea was to make cashew butter, but my blender clearly wasn’t in the mood to cooperate. 😅 Instead of creamy butter, I ended up with cashew flour. And you know what? It doesn’t even matter, because these chocolate squares turned out absolutely delicious!
Simple, no baking required.
You can also use walnuts instead of cashews 🌿
•Ingredients•
• 170 g cashew flour
• 60 g date syrup (or dates/honey)
• 100 g oats
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 70 ml plant-based milk
• 40 g date syrup (or dates/honey) – to taste
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until a compact mixture forms. If the mixture seems too dry, add a bit more plant-based milk or date syrup for sweetness. Transfer the mixture to a smaller pan (20x20 cm) lined with baking paper, press it down firmly, smooth out the surface, and place it in the fridge while preparing the topping.
•Topping•
• 70 g dark chocolate
• 50 g smooth peanut butter
Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in a double boiler or microwave, then stir until smooth. Pour the topping over the chilled base and place it back in the fridge until the topping sets completely. Cut into desired shapes and enjoy!
These are perfect for those moments when you need something sweet and want to use whatever you have on hand. Who knew improvisation could taste this good? 😋
